I specialize in staying at your home and providing pet and home care during trips and vacations in Western Mass and Southern Vermont. I also provide drop-in services to pets in Greenfield or Turner's Falls.
My name is Mandy Snyder. I am a friendly animal lover who is attentive to details, responsible and great at communication. I have experience with cats, dogs, and chickens, and can help with all kinds of creatures, and give medications of all types. I am available to help out with other tasks such as watering plants, mail, etc.
A little more about me and my approach: I am 46 and originally from Vermont, but now reside in Western Massachusetts. I have worked as personal chef for many years and I currently work as a Somatic Healer and see clients virtually. I am a nurturer by nature. I offer pet sitting, because I am unable to have my own pets at this time. I am delighted by animals and truly enjoy getting to know each unique pet. For animals who love attention, I smother them with love! And for others, such as some cats, I enjoy being a calm presence in the home and there in case of emergencies.

The LOGISTICS:
I offer a free initial visit. I come to your home to meet you and your animals for 45-minutes. You can ask me any questions and get a feel for me and how I connect to your animals. I know it's important to be comfortable with people who stay or visit your home. If you think I would be a good fit, then we can go over more details of pet care at that time.
INFO & RATES:
I offer care for jobs 2 days or longer, staying at your home.
Rates are dependent on your location, number of pets and degree of pet and house care.
Rates ranges from $60 to $90 per 24-hour period with a $25 set-up fee.
I service towns in Western Massachusetts, Southern Vermont and the Upper Valley. I am insured through Pet Sitter Associates.
